Our day begins with student arrivals starting at 7:55 a.m., and classes commence at 8:10 a.m. Students are dismissed at 2:55 p.m., ready to continue their growth and learning beyond the classroom.
Absolutely! Our middle school students can participate in a variety of extracurriculars, including boys and girls basketball, girls volleyball, co-ed cross-country, co-ed tennis, cheerleading, and theater, enriching their educational experience with team spirit and creative expression.
Students from kindergarten through twelvth grade wear uniforms that can be ordered through Lands’ End. High school students that are attending classes at partner colleges are not required to wear SJS formal uniforms, but will have casual alternatives.
To view our selection of approved uniform clothing and accessories, visit Lands’ End School and choose Saint Joseph School, Martinsburg. We also offer a uniform closet where families can find quality used items like pants, shirts, jumpers, and sweaters at no cost, with donations gladly accepted.
No, snacks and lunches are not included for students in kindergarten through 12th grade.

Parents are encouraged to provide snacks for their children. Hot lunches, salads, and milk are available for purchase and are billed to parents monthly. Students may also bring packed lunches from home.

Families can apply for financial aid by visiting FACTS Management and selecting “Grant & Aid Assessment” to begin the process.
